These general terms and conditions of use govern the contractual relationship between the Atlas11 webservice – dedicated to immediate online visibility – (hereinafter referred to as “Atlas11”), the event provider or expert providing his services ( hereinafter referred to as “expert”) and the users of its services (hereinafter referred to as “user”).

Atlas11 User

The use of Atlas11’s services is reserved for persons of legal age in their country and who have the legal capacity to contract and use the services of the Atlas11 webservice. The user is informed that these general conditions may be modified at any time and without prior notice or information.

Atlas11 Conclusion and execution of the contract

Access to and use of Atlas11’s online services implies prior and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions constitute a contract between the user and Atlas11. If the user does not wish to accept all or part of these general terms and conditions, he or she is asked to renounce any use of the service and Atlas11 services.

Atlas11 Services offered

Atlas11 is an IT platform that offers its users the possibility to contact “advisors” or “experts” offering their services by phone, email or chat. 

As a technical intermediary between users and experts, Atlas11 has no participation or influence on the content of the consultation, which is provided by the experts under their sole responsibility.

Atlas11 can under no circumstances be held responsible for the service provided by an expert. Atlas11 assumes no responsibility for the quality of the services provided by the experts, the comments and evaluations provided by the users, or the professional qualifications of the experts.

Under no circumstances shall Atlas11 be held liable if a user should suffer any damage as a result of a consultation provided by an expert.

Atlas11 services

Atlas11 provides users with a service by phone or computer. Atlas11 acts as a simple intermediary between the user and the expert. All the services provided by Atlas11 cannot be considered as definitive or exhaustive. The status of the experts is displayed for information only. 

Atlas11 Access to services

Atlas11 consulting services are not free of charge. The costs incurred by the use of this service are the sole responsibility of the user. Atlas11 is committed to providing an optimal service to ensure permanent accessibility to the various consultation accesses (7 days a week – 24 hours a day) of the services on the service, subject to necessary maintenance interventions or failures specific to the Internet network. Atlas11 cannot be held responsible in the event that the user’s telephone or Internet network is defective, even temporarily, and does not allow the user to connect or communicate under good conditions.

Atlas11 Subscription

Consultations are reserved for Atlas11 registered members only.

Clients who have the possibility to register as Atlas11 members: any person who is at least 18 years of age and has the legal age of majority in their country of residence and enjoys their full and complete capacity of discernment. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the legislation of his country does not prohibit online activities.

The registered user is solely responsible for the information provided and for updating it. In the event of a change, he/she must proceed via his/her Atlas11 account and as soon as possible modify the information provided at the time of registration. The user assumes full responsibility for the data stipulated on his account.

The user is solely responsible for the quality and confidentiality of his or her personal password, as well as for any activity generated by his or her personal code and Atlas11 account, such as payments. The user undertakes to immediately inform Atlas11 of any fraudulent use of the password or account and any other breach of security via the contact address.

The user will ensure that his account is closed at the end of each session.

In the event of fraudulent use of its personal password or means of payment, Atlas11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and to refuse, immediately and for the future, access to all or part of the user’s account.

Atlas11 Termination

Atlas11 reserves the right to delete a member’s account at any time without prior notice. Atlas11 does not have to justify its decision and no compensation may be claimed by a member or user of the services offered via the service.

Access to the services of the Atlas11 webservice may be permanently denied to any user who has provided false or erroneous information during registration, who has interacted with other users of the Atlas11 services or who has violated these terms and conditions.

The user may not have several accounts under the same or different identities. Atlas11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account(s) and to refuse, immediately and for the future, access to all or part of the Atlas11 webservice. The user can terminate his account at any time by making a simple request to the Atlas11 service administrator. The account will then be deleted within 5 days of the certified user’s request.

Atlas11 Consultations

The user undertakes to contact the experts on the Atlas11 service only in order to benefit from the services offered by the experts as part of the service’s services.

The user must not under any circumstances attempt to persuade the experts on the Atlas11 webservice to provide services of an illegal nature.

The user and the expert are not allowed to record the content of any telephone conversations or events between them via the Atlas11 webservice, unless they have obtained their mutual consent.

Consultation by telephone or computer:

The consultation rates are indicated on the expert page, each expert is free to choose his own price per minute. Payment is made using Paypal, credit card, Twint or Postfinance card through our secure payment platform.

Consultation by telephone or computer with any payment system implies acceptance of Atlas11’s general terms and conditions of use as well as the consultation fee indicated by the expert. By calling an expert, the user accepts the indicated expert rate.

Validity period of the purchased credits/minutes:

Credits/minutes contracted when purchasing a package and credited to the customer’s account are valid for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. At the end of these ten years, the unused credits will automatically be reset to zero.

Atlas11 Garanties and responsibilities of Atlas11

The user is informed that Atlas11 does not guarantee the content of the services provided by the experts or the user’s satisfaction with the services provided by the experts. Atlas11 does not intervene in any dispute between an expert and a user. This implies that the user waives the right to involve Atlas11 in any dispute that may arise from a consultation between himself and an expert. More generally, Atlas11 cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing results in terms of the services offered and/or used by a user via an expert. Atlas11’s responsibility is limited to making available to users several experts in various fields.

Atlas11 Litigation with an expert

Atlas11 is in no way responsible for the consultations provided by the experts and intervenes only in last resort in the event of a dispute between them and a user.

In the event of a user’s reasoned request and if necessary to assert claims against an expert, Atlas11 reserves the right to forward the expert’s identity and contact details to the user. In this case, the user accepts that the expert will be informed and that the identity and contact details will also be provided. The same principles apply when an expert is requested. Atlas11 will decide at its sole discretion and without having to give any justification as to whether or not it will transmit information, any legal obligation being reserved.

Unless required by law or court order, Atlas11 cannot be obliged to transmit this information. Atlas11 transmits the information provided to it, but it is not liable for any inaccuracy or misrepresentation.

Atlas11 User policy & commitments

The user must also have reached the legal age of majority under the law of his country and be at least 18 years old.

The user undertakes not to resell or use for commercial purposes the services provided by Atlas11 or one of its experts without the prior written consent of Atlas11.

The user assumes sole and full responsibility for any messages, comments or ratings made on the Atlas11 service, as well as for communications with experts. The user is also solely responsible for these choices and actions.

The user undertakes not to use the Atlas11 service and the services for illegal purposes in particular:

– not to transmit messages or say things that are contrary to public order and morality, defamatory statements or elements that violate the privacy of third parties;

– not to transmit any messages or say things, elements or information that could harm the rights of the Atlas11 webservice or the rights of third parties;

– not to interfere with the proper functioning use of the services provided by Atlas11 to other users or to interfere with the economic rights of Atlas11 or those of a third party;

– to inform Atlas11 of any violation of which the user may become aware; not to access or attempt to access unlawfully other networks or computer systems connected to the Atlas11 service;

– not to use the Atlas11 service to harm it via the transmission of viruses or other harmful programs or software.

The user undertakes not to use several accounts under the same identity to benefit from a promotional offer and/or gift voucher.

In the event that the user has multiple accounts under the same or different identities to benefit from promotional offers or gift certificates, Atlas11 reserves the right to delete the promotional offer or gift certificate without prior notice to the user. Similarly, Atlas11 may suspend or terminate its account(s) and deny access to all or part of the Atlas11 service for a limited or unlimited period of time.
Do not use Atlas11 except for your own personal use and do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or any Content obtained from your use of Atlas11 to or with anyone else.

-Only use Atlas11 in a manner and for a purpose that is lawful.
-Do not upload, post, display, or publish Content on Atlas11 that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing, or which encourages or promotes violence or any illegal activity.
-Do not use Atlas11 in any way which may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any individual under 18 years old, for example by exposing them to inappropriate Content.
-Do not upload, post, display, or publish Content on Atlas11 that:
shows, includes or refers to:

1.any individual under 18 years old (or which refers to individuals under 18 years old generally); or
2.any other individual unless you have written documentation which confirms that all individuals shown or included or referred to in your Content are at least 18 years old, and you have a written consent from each individual to use their name or images (or both) in the Content;
3.firearms, weapons, or any goods whose sale, possession or use is subject to prohibitions or restrictions;
4.drugs or drug paraphernalia;
5.self-harm or suicide;
6.Any type of pornographic and/or nudity content
7.escort services, sex trafficking, or prostitution;

-Do not use Atlas11 to stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone else.
-Do not use Atlas11 to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, or conduct that is likely to mislead or deceive any other User.
Respect the intellectual property rights of Creators, including by not recording, reproducing, sharing, communicating to the public or otherwise distributing their Content without authorization.
-Do not do anything that violates our or someone else’s rights, including intellectual property rights (examples of which are copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.
-Do not provide false account registration information or make unauthorized use of anyone else’s information or Content.
-Do not post or cause to be posted any Content which is spam, which has the intention or effect of artificially increasing any Creator’s views or interactions, or which is otherwise inauthentic, repetitive, misleading or low quality.
-Do not transmit, stream, or otherwise send any pre-recorded audio or video material during a live stream or otherwise attempt to pass off recorded material as a live stream.

Atlas11 Commitment and limitations of services

Atlas11 strives to provide a serious online service available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, but is not responsible for the quality or availability of the telephone or video/chat service, including interruptions or other disruptions caused by telephone operators. Consequently, no compensation may be claimed by a user.Atlas11 reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend or interrupt temporarily or permanently, all or part of the service without having to inform the user in advance. Atlas11 shall not be liable to the user or to any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.

Atlas11 Abuses

Atlas11 cannot be held responsible for the content of the consultations/events, however, we strongly encourage you to report any abuses by an expert using the following email [email protected]

Atlas11 Disputes

Any payment made by credit card via the secure Atlas11 service of our partner can be canceled or refunded within certain limits
The user can therefore oppose this payment or request a refund of the consultation if he is not satisfied with the service of an expert. The litigation/claim regarding the quality of an event or a consultation is primarily solved between the user and the expert. The user can make a claim on any amount paid in his account. This claim will reach the expert and he will be responsible to resolve it. Atlas11 will only intervene as a last resort.

Atlas11 Application and modification of the general conditions

Access to and use of the Atlas11 webservice implies acceptance of and compliance with all of these general terms and conditions of use. These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by Atlas11 – immediate online visibility. By continuing to access or use the Atlas11 webservice after the modification of the general conditions, the user tacitly accepts the new version of the general conditions.

Atlas11 Applicable law

The detailed general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) govern the contractual relationship between any user of the www.Atlas11.com webservice and the Swiss Company “WPN 247 SA” whose registered office is in Switzerland. The use of the Atlas11.com webservice and services is subject to Swiss law for any dispute related to these terms and conditions.
